Definitions

Data Processor means each of the following: GitHub, Slack, Stripe, Google Suite, AWS, OpenAI and Anthropic.

Personal Information means any identifying information about you. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: email address, name, username/passwords, user preferences, operational data, and cookies and usage data.

Services means all services provided by SedimentIQ Corp. to you, including (but not limited to) this Website and the following: Wharf Chrome browser extension, delivery of product and service, marketing and communications, and user management.

Website means https://heywharf.com and all websites, applications and communications that post a link to this Privacy Policy.


Personal Information Collection

We only collect and use Personal Information to the extent necessary to provide you with the Services. We collect Personal Information through the Wharf Chrome browser extension to automate tasks based on your instructions. The types of Personal Information we collect include:

  • User Preferences: This includes task definitions and preferences for automation that you provide.

  • Operational Data: This comprises specific data extracted from webpages, such as profile names and websites, to allow the language models to reason what actions to take to fulfill your tasks. This data is stored securely and used exclusively for executing your tasks.

We do not access or collect data from any websites beyond what is needed for the specific tasks you initiate. The extension only requests access to sites where you initiate action.

The operational data remains under your control and is stored locally on your device. Minimal data required for processing your tasks is sent securely to OpenAI and Anthropic language models. For enterprise tiers, we support auto-deletion of task data from our servers once the task is completed.

We also collect some Personal Information through the Website to provide a better online experience, primarily through publicly available information in your Discord or Slack communities accessed via their APIs. This information is stored securely solely for presenting Wharf's services and features to you.


Personal Information Retention

We keep Personal Information for the shortest time necessary to provide you with Services and to meet all our legal and compliance obligations. To determine this retention period, we take into account (i) the nature of the Personal Information gathered; and (ii) the nature of our legal and compliance obligations. All Personal Information no longer required by us is destroyed and/or erased immediately.

When you delete your account, we erase all Personal Information from our servers. Prior to deletion, you have the ability to export your data.


Anonymized Data

We may use, collect and share Anonymized Data for any purpose at our discretion. Anonymized Data cannot be used to reveal your identity (either directly or indirectly). We may retain all Anonymized Data indefinitely.
