7. Subscriptions

You may opt for subscriptions that are billed on a recurring basis, set either monthly or annually ("Billing Cycle"). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the same terms unless cancelled by you through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

You authorize SedimentIQ Corp to charge the subscription fees to your designated payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will send you an electronic invoice which you must pay manually by the specified deadline.

SedimentIQ Corp may cancel your subscription at any time due to issues such as suspected fraud, errors, or other reasons impacting service provision.

8. User Responsibilities and Content Disclaimer

Wharf does not offer functionalities for users to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available any form of content such as text, graphics, videos, or other material. Users are responsible for any interactions or data they input or manage through the Service, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
